Website Data Collection & Server Log Telemetry

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) delineates how ALBOWA Autonomous Pipeline Intelligence Corp. (“ALBOWA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, processes, protects, and governs data obtained through albowa.com (the “Website”) and during commercial acoustic inspection operations.

When you access or browse this Website, our servers automatically record standard automated web log telemetry. This technical information includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type and build version, referring/exit URLs, requested endpoints, resource latency, and timestamped access records.

We process automated server log telemetry strictly on the legal basis of our Legitimate Interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to guarantee network integrity, prevent automated distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) disruptions, troubleshoot server failures, verify cross-browser rendering fidelity, and protect our computational infrastructure from malicious penetration attempts.

02

Cookies, Web Storage & Tracking Disclaimers

ALBOWA operates this Website under an engineering-first, tracking-minimal architecture. We do NOT deploy third-party advertising tracking beacons, behavioral retargeting pixels, social media surveillance widgets, or cross-domain ad-network scripts.

  • Strictly Necessary Technical Storage: We utilize lightweight local storage keys and ephemeral session tokens purely to preserve user interface state, support native page morph animations, and maintain performance optimization parameters across subpage navigation.
  • Performance Diagnostics: We may monitor aggregated, non-personally identifiable asset loading speeds (such as WebGL canvas rendering frames and compressed video chunk transfer latency) to guarantee seamless interaction across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Browser Cookie Management: You possess the absolute right to restrict, block, or delete cookies and web storage tokens at any time via your browser settings. Blocking functional session keys will not restrict your access to core website content.
03

Survey Booking Inquiries & Direct Form Submissions

When municipal engineers, utility directors, or commercial contractors voluntarily submit inquiries via our Survey Booking Portal or contact channels, we collect:

  • Identity & Professional Contact Data: Full name, professional corporate/municipal email address, telephone contact, job title, and employer/utility entity.
  • Pipeline Scope Telemetry: Estimated transmission reach length, nominal pipe diameter schedules, operational line pressure profiles, suspected acoustic anomalies, and target deployment timeframes.
  • Inquiry Notes: Contextual technical requirements and custom operational covenants provided within freeform message inputs.

This data is processed solely under the legal basis of Contractual Necessity (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) to evaluate pipeline hydraulic feasibility, prepare custom technical proposals, and coordinate field survey schedules. We never send unsolicited mass marketing communications without explicit consent.

04

Municipal Telemetry & Critical Infrastructure Custody

During active inline inspection missions, ALBOWA autonomous spheres record exclusively non-personal, infrastructure-specific physical telemetry within pressurized mains. This data comprises:

  • Acoustic Waveforms: 192 kHz / 24-bit lossless hydrophone arrays capturing hydrodynamic cavitation signatures and structural wall vibrations.
  • In-Line Kinematic Logs: Calibrated hydrostatic pressure readings, fluid temperature logs, and 8-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) gyroscopic trajectories.
  • Geospatial Synchronization Markers: Surface tracking time-of-arrival (TOA) correlation timestamps and above-ground launch/extraction stationing coordinates.
Critical Infrastructure Classification: All client GIS maps, pipeline vulnerability coordinates, and localized acoustic defect logs are classified as Restricted Critical Infrastructure Information (CII) under exclusive client ownership.
05

Cryptographic Standards & Air-Gapped Storage

ALBOWA enforces defense-in-depth cryptographic controls spanning both web infrastructure and field hardware:

  • Web In-Transit Encryption: All data transmitted to or from this Website is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS with modern cipher suites and HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS).
  • Onboard Solid-State Enclaves: Every ALBOWA sphere records mission telemetry to an internal AES-256 bit hardware-encrypted solid-state enclave. Telemetry cannot be extracted or decrypted without hardware cryptographic tokens.
  • Zero Wireless Exposure: Spheres execute zero wireless, cellular, or radiofrequency broadcasts while submerged in water mains, eliminating RF interception and cyber intrusion vectors.
  • Air-Gapped Ingestion: Post-mission telemetry ingestion occurs via isolated physical docking stations directly into sovereign, client-designated computational clusters.
06

Strict Zero-Sale Policy & Non-Disclosure Guarantee

ALBOWA operates under an absolute, unconditional non-monetization policy regarding personal and utility data:

Zero Commercial Resale: ALBOWA does NOT sell, rent, monetize, license, or trade web visitor personal data, inquiry records, municipal GIS maps, or pipeline vulnerability telemetry to any third-party data broker, insurance underwriter, or marketing conglomerate.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), ALBOWA explicitly certifies: We do not sell or share personal information, nor have we sold or shared any personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.

07

Authorized Sub-Processors & Legal Disclosures

We disclose data only to strictly vetted service providers under binding Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that mandate confidentiality and security standards equivalent to our own:

  • Cloud Hosting & Content Delivery: Secure cloud compute and edge distribution infrastructure (e.g., enterprise AWS or Google Cloud facilities located in designated sovereign regions).
  • Compelled Legal Disclosures: ALBOWA will only disclose user or client information if compelled by a lawful, non-appealable subpoena or court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction. In any such scenario, ALBOWA will promptly notify the affected party unless legally prohibited by statute.
08

Global Regulatory Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, UK DPA)

Our data processing frameworks adhere to leading global privacy standards, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Where cross-border transfers of personal data occur from the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK to servers outside those jurisdictions, transfers are safeguarded under European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and UK International Data Transfer Addenda.

09

Your Statutory Privacy Rights & Verification Procedures

Regardless of your geographical residency, ALBOWA affords you comprehensive control over your personal data:

  • Right of Access & Portability: You may request a copy of all personal records we hold regarding your identity and survey inquiries in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
  • Right to Rectification: You may correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete personal contact information.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the permanent deletion of your contact records, subject only to statutory tax or audit retention requirements.
  • Right to Restrict or Object: You may restrict or object to our processing of your personal information based on legitimate interests.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will never deny services, adjust pricing, or degrade web performance because you exercised your statutory privacy rights.

10

Data Retention, Children's Privacy & Contact Information

Data Retention Periods: Web server log telemetry is automatically purged on a rolling thirty (30) day security cycle. Contact form submissions and survey inquiries are retained for the duration of the active business relationship or purged upon client request. Raw acoustic flight logs from commercial missions are retained for ninety (90) days for client engineering validation before permanent cryptographic erasure.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance): This Website and ALBOWA industrial pipeline inspection technologies are strictly engineered for adult utility professionals, engineering contractors, and municipal operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under sixteen (16) years of age. If we discover that personal data of a minor has been collected, it will be expunged immediately.
